The fee, as Axiom states it

1% per trade, minus SOL cashback by tier

The spot fee is 1% of the trade. Part of it comes back as SOL cashback depending on your reward tier: Wood 0.05% back (0.95% net), Bronze 0.10%, Silver 0.125%, Gold 0.15%, Platinum 0.175%, Diamond 0.20%, Champion 0.25% (0.75% net). Tiers climb with trading volume.
Referred users pay 10% less in trading fees. The referral is a link, not a code to type.
Network costs are separate: priority fee and bribe default to 0.001 SOL each, and MEV protection can be Off, Reduced or Secure.
Perps on Hyperliquid carry Hyperliquid's own maker and taker fees; Axiom's small extra fee on perps is reported by third parties, not in the fee docs we checked.
